Hi, I’m Douglas Beach. This site is where I share some of the things I’ve been building, tinkering with, or just curious about.

A lot of my free time goes into flight and racing simulators. I even built my own rig so I can switch between flying and driving, and I’m always finding ways to make the experience feel more realistic. Along the way, I’ve been learning a ton about electronics and how to design custom parts — from small switches and panels to bigger projects.

I also spend a lot of time 3D printing and working in Fusion 360 to turn ideas into something real. Some of those designs are just for fun, and others solve everyday problems around the house. On the more technical side, I enjoy working with data and building tools around it — kind of like the flight tracker you’ll find on here. That overlaps with my day job, where I work as a data analyst.
